⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I instructed Andy to help put proper governance arrangements in place for a long-established family land-holding company. The work involved preparing a Shareholders' Agreement and advising on a number of complex issues around share transfers, succession, minority protection and company governance. Throughout the process, Andy was knowledgeable, responsive and patient in answering what was, at times, a long list of questions.
