I don't normally write reviews but I simply must share my experience regarding Forbes Solicitors and in particular Sheroze Nadeem who dealt with my matter. Sheroze has been absolutely brilliant, professional, hard working, knowledgeable and dedicated. I noted he worked on my case in the evenings and weekends. Absolutely outstanding communication which is lacking in other firms Ive used in the past. He calmly and effectively dealt with my matter always in a timely way. Sheroze listened attentively to my concerns and put me at ease throughout. Unfortunately in these days people/firms often follow the money. Not in Sheroze's case who was diligent and focused purely on achieving the best outcome for me. I would definitely recommend using Forbes and if you get a choice, choose Sheroze.

The divorce process between my wife and myself started out on relatively amicable terms and we agreed and documented all matters that needed to be resolved between us. The involvement of her new partner and the subsequent appointment of a solicitor significantly changed the dynamic and everything that had been agreed was suddenly revoked. After two years of wrangling I engaged Stowe Family Law out of desperation and the world suddenly got a lot clearer. I got a far better understanding of my position, rights and how various matters could be progressed and resolved. The minute Stowe got involved, the other solicitors quietened down. All outstanding matters were resolved and the divorce completed within 6 months.

Following on from a couple of years of verbal and abusive behaviour from my neighbours family. I maintained the fence between the two properties, as I have always done since moving into my new build home. My neighbours have not lived there very long, but seem to think they own everything including the fences, paths and road. Since they moved in I have maintained the fence three times, the first and second were ok as I paid for the post, panels and paint; however, on the third occasion, they threatened me with court action and for the whole fence to be renewed with less desirable materials that did not go with the rest of the village and was not environmentally friendly. This is when I contacted Hewitts Solicitors, in particular Ben Green. Ben was very professional and understanding with my issue of the boundary dispute and the abuse my family suffered from the neighbours. Ben has been working relentlessly to have the issue resolved, by keeping me informed on a daily basis, even when communication with the other party was ignored. Overall, Ben has been very supportive and helped us achieve our goal of having an environmentally friendly boundary fence.
