“I have experience of Napthens as both a professional services firm , working alongside Napthens on corporate restructuring projects, as well as first hand as a client (as they advised on our own corporate holdings company structure). I find Napthens to be hugely knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Both qualities are hugely important in our fast paced professional services world. In particular I have worked closely with Richard Robinson and Charlotte Walsh, and would highly recommend the services of both.”

“David and his team advised us as buy-in investors to acquire two companies in the packaging sector. It was a complex deal involving two connected but separate acquisitions and financing from six separate lenders. He and his team were excellent. ”

“It was my first time working with Ronald Fletcher and I had no issues at all. The whole transaction was well handled with efficiency and transparency. I’d definitely work with them again. A huge thank you in special to Saranya. ”

“After 46 years working as a chartered surveyor and estate agent in Manchester, I made the decision to retire. I chose MLP Law, as my solicitor as I had been advised of their experience in selling businesses. They were AMAZING! I can't thank Stephen Attree and Max McGenity enough for their patience, support and help with what has been possibly the most stressful personal experience/ adventure of my life. They have been there for me every step of the way and worked alongside my agent Atomic- what a fantastic team. Thank you so much Stephen and Max Lawrence Copeland FRICS FNAEA”
