“Leanne helped me through the process from the beginning. I initially made contact and she took the case on board with me. She then initiated and took over the communications with the interviewer and organising dates for my interview. During this time she stayed composed with pure professionalism and replied to any worries and queries I had leading up to towards my interview date. On the day of my interview, she briefed me on the case and gave me precise legal advise which helped during the process. She showed empathy and expressed great communication and interpersonal skills. She was also quick to correct and ensure the interview stayed on course when the interviewer outlined irrelevant false statements. “As a result of an altercation with a neighbour I was arrested and kept overnight in the cells. I requested legal representation to help and to guide me through this ordeal.
