Criminal Prosecution in England covers the state-led process of bringing and advancing criminal cases in courts, typically through the Crown Prosecution Service. A solicitor practising in this area handles the prosecution lifecycle on behalf of the public purse or CPS, including reviewing evidence, drafting charging decisions, preparing and presenting cases in court, managing disclosure and witness interviews, and liaising with police, the magistrates’ and Crown Courts, and other authorities. They also advise on legal strategy, sentencing options, and any appeals where appropriate.

Because of his approach and preparation, I genuinely believe I received a fair trial. Thank you very much for your guidance, support, and excellent representation. You were truly fantastic.”

“I’M OVER THE MOOOOOOOON!!! I can’t thank Mr Vinesh Patel of Stryders Law firm enough for the incredible work he did for me. At a time when I was facing an extremely serious situation and genuinely feared that I could end up in prison, he stepped in, took control of my case, and fought tirelessly on my behalf. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and completely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. He explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and gave me confidence when I was at my most worried. Thanks to his expertise, dedication, and determination, I was able to avoid a devastating outcome and move forward with my life. I genuinely believe his hard work made a life-changing difference for me. Mr Vinesh Patel you are an amazing human being. Mum, Dad, my sisters Mega and Apryl send their love.❤️ Thank you very much for saving my life.❤️”
