spoke with Micheal horn today regarding a legal matter sorounding a N63 attatchment of earnings that I did not file due to myself defending a case. As it turns out It is a legal requirement to send this form in regardless of the situation. I wish I knew this information prior to going to court on the 13th Jan 2020. When I was 17 I was put on remand, using (NOT!!!!HCN). solicitors handed to me bye the police themselves being lead to believe prison was my only outcome. However after 5months on remand we met Darren and Stuart from HCN, they busted the case right open every single detail of this catalogue of documents they crushed it ! From then on I’ve appeared in court I’d say around 20 times and I’ve never not used these guys! 10 years and many court appearances later I still have my freedom and 110% faith in the whole team I’ve recommended them to multiple friends who also only have good things to say. All of which still use HCN today. Id confidently go as far as saying they are the best in Essex! Every single member of the team I have worked with has given their absolute all.
