I was unfortunate to be party to an unfeasible TUPE transfer resulting in a Settlement Agreement needing to be legally checked. My timescale was very tight due to pre-booked annual leave overlapping the submission deadline. FJG were the only solicitor out of three who responded to my enquiry immediately.
