Anthony made what should be a upsetting and traumatic ending of employment easy and even made me smile. He gave honest and blunt advice ensuring all facts were explained. The way he communicates makes you feel like he is your solicitor unlike others you feel are just another client and he wants you off the phone. He was brilliant explaining the legal facts of the agreement and I come away feeling like I now understood the document myself, I hope I don't need Anthony in the future BUT if I ever need employment advice I wouldn't even consider another solicitor. Really is the best solicitor and a decent person.

Once Natalie reviewed my case and we spoke over the phone, she knew I had a deadline of Monday to get advice on a figure and put this forward. The empathy and understanding she displayed was second to none. Natalie was on holiday on the Friday, but she made the effort to pass this over to her colleague Helen. On the Friday I had a very happy surprise waiting in my inbox. I then forwarded this figure to my Acas representative, and negotiations are now going under way today (Monday). I thanked them both for this. Going the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated, as I have had a rather tough 4 months or so. Excellent service, and for them both to do this for me proved a lot to me. There are some good people still left out there.
