Nice friendly experience but they took payment forgot a specific task but did not do it, took awkward phone calls with boss , took ages to simply get money back , humiliating , made to feel like I was wrong , but no apology because they simply did not do the task promised . Got refund but no apology.. lacked professionalism . Derek Trotter like .
