Alison Hill and Sarah Sim, were great at answering our enquiries and keeping in solid communication. The case was resolved much quicker than expected in part to their dedication and care.

Great service

I have used GWCA on several occasions now and have never been dissapointed. They recently helped with the purchase of my new property and despite some hold ups on the other side were always efficient to move things along.

The Best!!!!

The best solicitors you could ever wish for. The true saying ‘worth their weight in gold’ is so true with this company. Amanda along with her team, Juliet and Lisa are just perfect in every way. They are highly efficient, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects and very personal and friendly. They had to deal with companies in our chain that just made matters incredibly difficult to deal with.
Always available for any queries or concerns. Provide that feel good factor that you know you’re in good hands.
Thoroughly recommend in every way. The BEST!!

GWCA actions meant we had to withdraw from the property purchase
We engaged Natasha Waygood to assist with a flat purchase. The purchase took over 6 months as she didn't understand the lease and kept asking the sellers pedantic, irrelevant queries. In the end she made a report to the lenders which meant that we had to withdraw from the purchase as the lender put restrictions on the mortgage. We asked Emma Chatwell and Edward Kinch to assist Natasha but they didn't respond. We still received a large bill for their time! The service and outcome couldn't have been worse.
