Elise provided excellent legal and procedural advice and made the probate process understandable at a very difficult time. Elise and GWCA Solicitors obtained the grant of probate in record time because the documents were immaculately prepared. I recently had the pleasure of working with Tina Hakeem, Trainee Solicitor at the Rustington office who drafted Wills for me and my husband. I couldn't be more impressed with Tina, she was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in clear, simple terms. They handle a relatively simple but potentially stressful property sale extremely well, as the purchaser needed to complete before the stamp duty rate changed.
I am sure that Jonathon oversaw the process but his team handle it all.

Last year I commissioned GWCA Solicitors to coordinate the sale of my house in Brighton and purchase of my new house in Steyning.

sorry but i would not recommend these solicitors through lack of information and the time things took. I know that the solicitors had Probate but when my late mothers house sale completed we still had to wait for "10" weeks before receiving the inheritance
