I instructed Edward on a new commercial lease which we need to wrap up in a very short time frame. Edward was very responsive to emails and phone calls and managed to get us a great deal in a short time frame. I would happily recommend Edward and GWCA to anyone looking for this service.

I was involved in an incident at work where unfortunately my foot was run over by some heavy plant machinery. I live in Lancing, so I made an appointment at your office and had a meeting with Malcolm. I have never had to work with a solicitor before but he put me at ease and talked me through my options going forward. I will always be incredibly grateful for everything Malcolm did for me. It really felt all the way through the process that he put my best interests and needs first, and I feel very lucky to have been involved with Malcolm, Annette and GWCA.

Sharon, Jacqui and Debbie have been phenomenal in assisting us with our property purchase. We own a few properties and have gone through numerous transactions with other solicitors and the service received was slow and had very poor communication. I was starting to believe all solicitors were the same and had given up hope.

We were recommended GWCA from the estate agent and I have to say, I could not be happier with how everything went.

We had a bit of a time restriction for the transaction to be completed. This was not an issue for them at all. Always got paperwork through quickly, they had fantastic communication throughout the process and overall the experience was pleasant and having good solicitors made the situation much less stressful.

I aim to buy at least 1 property per year and. I can safely say, GWCA and the only solicitors that will be getting my business going forward.

Thank you for all your help and the congratulations and welcome to your new home card was a nice touch 😊
