Cannot fault the advice and hard work Harry offered during the solving of divorce financial settlement and drafting the Consent Order. I had spent years going through legal trauma trying to solve complex (but turns out, very simple) matters, but always thwarted with a very 'tricky' ex partner. Having decided to change Solicitor Company I found Harry and what a gem find he was. He had dealt with a few ex partners like mine and said it called for a new approach. Problem solved and within weeks the matter was concluded in simple terms and passed by the Family Court all within 3.5 months. The actual completion of the agreement took a further 3 months, but the end result was that I was free'd from years and years of trauma and ludicrous expense and experience and battles conducted elsewhere, including FDA court, seemingly completely needlessly! Cannot recommend Harry Golding enough and I have pointed several people his way. Fabulous and huge gratitude, my life has changed so much due to his approach and the final outcome.

I was six month pregnant when Michael took my case and him and his team made things as easy as possible for me and got me the best possible outcome in court. He explained everything to me clearly so I would understand and was always happy to talk over email or phone to discuss any worries I had. I have recently had to attend court regarding a family matter and used Lindsay who has been absolutely amazing. Lindsay got my case last minute and I could tell that she could really understand what had been going on, she was able to recall certain events during the court hearing, so I could tell she had studied my documents in fine detail. I felt very nervous before the hearing and wasn’t sure on the terminology that was used in court, but Lindsay made absolutely sure that she explained every single detail until I understood. I went to Couchman & Hanson at the reccomention of a local on my community board. I was dealing with seperation from an abusive ex partner I have to co-parent with, having a previous court order that did not protect us from his continued post-relationship abuse. I am also currently low income/was working two jobs. Louise was my solicitor and absolutely wonderful. From patient and understanding, to empathetic, firm, and honest. She explained things thoroughly to me and was realistic, guiding me through the process and helping navigate through a really tough time. She supported my mental health that was suffering from the continued abuse, and when possible she would advocate on my behalf, dealing with my very difficult ex partner who likes to focus on any ambiguous language or anything equivocal, making following my then current court order very very difficult and distressing. Through several months Louise supported my children and myself, sorting out drafting new court orders, prepping me for court and getting my children back from my ex partner when he was pushing boundaries. She dealt with him name calling, conescending and baiting; and the general covert narcissism that is often overlooked. She was able to get as much specificity as possible (due to the judges disgression) added to my court order, to decrease the 'parental conflict' and protect me from continued abuse. She also guided me to a very talented and kind Barrister who did her best to reduce his access to myself, and put up with me crying my eyes out after court. I honestly don't think I would be as emotionally and mentally healthy right now, if it weren't for Louise. She went above and beyond trying to support me and at her job, and I truly appreciate all she did. I would recommend Couchman and Hanson to anyone suffering from domestic abuse, post-relationship abuse or general seperation.

Pragmatic but essential guidance through divorce proceedings. It was very important to both of us that we didn't fall out and make a bad situation worse, and Nicola worked with me and my now ex-wife's solicitor to ensure that any queries or potentially contentious issues were quickly and positively closed down. The orders were proposed and agreed promptly and the whole exercise was as painless as it could be in the circumstances.
