I got divorced 10 years ago and was required to pay spousal maintenance on a joint lives basis together with child maintenance. Due to the capital settlement, my ex wife is living in a large 6 bedroom house and I am currently living in a 2 bedroom house. Given this disparity in the standard of living I needed to challenge the original order in court. I approached TG Baynes at the back end of 2022 to help resolve the issue.
