My cousin brought a claim against my uncle's estate (of which I am a beneficiary) under "The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975", and the independent administrator of an estate advised me to seek legal advice from a specialist ACTAPS solicitor. After using her managerial skills to bring all parties to the table for the 'standstill agreement', Devorah negotiated a favourable 'settlement agreement' with my cousin's lawyers, thus preventing the need for costly proceedings to be issued. Devorah always kept me up to date by email and provided me with a detailed billing guide at short notice. Devorah's services were worth every penny. I was very lucky to find such a great solicitor who was an expert in her field. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
