Equilaw's Lily Hieron was the case manage for my equity release from lender More2Life which was organised by my financial advisor Money Ways (UK). Lily was proactive and provided expert legal advice throughout the application process. Communications between Equilaw, Money Ways and myself was seamless and reassuring in what can be a complex financial process. At one stage in the process I had to pause the application whilst I reviewed new information. This was handled by Lily with no issues and the application finally went through successfully.
