Angela was very efficient and responsive from start to finish. We sold a rental property with Leaseholder additions. She responded to information and queries very quickly (often the same day) and kept us copied in on relevant conversations. She pushed the buyers solicitors when needed and even offered to help them in order to progress the sale. I thought their fees were high at the start of the process, but given the seamless transaction, I would have to concede - you get what you pay for. Thanks you again for an easy transaction.
