“We recently used their services to assist with the legalities of buying our first property and wanted to leave a review as I found their services to be great. The company was referred to initially by a friend, who was very happy with her experience and I definitely can agree. Our case was handled by Paul, who was amazing. As first time buyers who didn’t know much about what to expect, he was incredibly informative and supportive, making sure to look out for our best interests. He also came back on our queries promptly and when there was a period that he was on annual leave, made sure to brief team members on our case thoroughly for his absence. I don’t usually write reviews, but the experience that I had with them made me want to leave a note, so that if anyone’s on the fence about using them-they definitely should!”

“Melissa Claire and Abbie have delivered my mum’s move brilliantly. Melissa inspired confidence and was efficient, knowledgeable and charming and pushed the exchange through on quite a tight schedule. It could have been very stressful - moving my mum from one side of the country to another - but really hasn’t been. Many thanks indeed!”

“Went through Hewitts solicitors when I purchased my house and the service I received was first class especially Kate Scuter who when I rang with a query was more than helpful- nothing was a problem and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again - I’ll be forever thankful ”

“After being unsuccessful in trying to purchase 2 bungalows we were 3rd time lucky. Throughout BHP were excellent, very supportive, helpful & understanding of our problem. Final sale & purchase went smoothly & to time with both being finalised between 12 noon & 1pm on agreed completion day. Special mention needs to go to Tracey Steele who was our main point of contact & who was excellent throughout the whole process. Thank you”

“We had a great experience with Rachel Hanson at the Ilkley office. She was very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable which contributed to it being a stress free transaction.”
