Katie did an amazing job of sorting things for a quick house move even through the Christmas period, and pushed others in the chain preemptively and when required. First class service

I used T G Baynes for the transfer of ownership of my house after a relationship breakdown. I was kept up to date with everything. Megan chased the other side's solicitors multiple times due to not getting replies back from them and kept me in the loop at all times. I would definitely use the company and Megan again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Harris Cuffaro & Nichols Solicitors, Old Harlow team, are very professional, exceptional and everyone is friendly and enthusiastic. Throughout the process they offered supported assistance and were also able to assist with questions and advice. They kept me fully informed ,answered every question promptly (even well out of office hours and on a Bank Holiday). I was delighted with the low fees they charged and I definitely got full value for money and they were worth every penny. I am delighted with the professional, personal service I received from the team and I now in my new home. So a massive thank you to Emma, Lisa and the team. Highly recommended - Liz

Very thankful to Rachael Finnegan for completing our purchase during the current situation of lockdown.

We recently used this firm for our conveyancing, they helped us with the sale of our property and purchase of our new property. We have had an excellent experience with this firm especially Zhanna Akkurt and Charlotte Hatch, both made our journey easy and stress free. We had and excellent service, communication was always super responsive and informative. We were kept updated at all stages, Zhanna was extremely helpful. Both Zhanna and Charlotte showed us an exceptional level of professionalism. Our visit to the office for completion was also an great experience. The receptionist also deserves a mention as she was so pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this firm especially the lovely ladies who dealt with our sale and purchase. Thank you so much.

I have just used Alastair Harvey at this firm for my house sale/purchase. I would give him six stars if I could! He is first rate. I cannot imagine anyone better in the whole of Britain, indeed, in the whole English-speaking world! I am a barrister myself so I'm quite picky about this sort of thing. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

The team kept us informed every step of the way, I never felt I had cause to be chasing things all the time. Very efficient indeed.
