My sale fell through then just prior to exchange I was informed the solicitor was not on the mortgage lenders approved list. This meant another solicitors was required by the buyer. Kiran was very understanding, supportive and pressed for an early conclusion.

My first experience with Martin was excellent, which is why we chose to use him again for our next property purchase. Once again, both the service and expertise were outstanding. Despite considerable pressure from the seller's agents to move things along quickly, Martin and Danielle remained professional, thorough, and committed to following the proper process. Their diligence gave us confidence that everything was being handled correctly and in our best interests. While their conveyancing fees were not the cheapest and were higher than some London-based firms, the level of service justified the cost and one of the biggest advantages was their accessibility. There was never a time when I couldn't reach Martin or Danielle by phone or email, which was incredibly important during what can often be a stressful transaction. Having heard many horror stories from friends and colleagues who opted for cheaper conveyancing firms, I wanted peace of mind and reliable service. Martin and Danielle certainly delivered on both counts and did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to use Martin again in the future and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable conveyancing solicitor.

I used TG Baynes for conveyancing. Louisa was handling my case and i highly recommend her. She’s very thorough and followed up with seller side continuously even though we had some situation on the seller side. The process took lot longer than expected but Louisa and Marie was helpful throughout the process. Receptionist was also very helpful and helped with paperwork.
