The staff have been very helpful once you get through to speak to somebody which has been understandable during this very difficult period what with the pandemic situation and the end of the stamp duty holiday so well done and Thankyou for all of your hard work

Having sold my house, my partners house, and purchased a house all within 6 weeks, I cannot thank Sarah Smith from Holley & Steer enough. She was professional, helpful, supportive, answered emails and phone calls immediately, and was quite frankly, Superb! Thank you Sarah, you made a potentially stressful couple of months manageable!

Hi. When the First Legal Solicitors took over my case, they approach was reassuring. At first whrn they callef me, I was not sure whether they will be able to help me get my rights. To cut long story short, I was very surprised when I was approached by the council after neary one year saying they were ready to do the job. This was after several emails exchanges from myself and their dedicated members of their team. What followed was the good news that the council has decided to take upon itself to do the repair which meanrt we had won the case. Thank you to your team mentioning a few people like Steve, Eileen, Debbie and all the others working behind the curtain. I sincerely salute you for the professionalism you showed, and dedication. You remain the best. Thank you. Keep up good job and Bbless you

I've sold two houses and purchased a new build and my solicitor Graeme Booth has been absolutely fantastic the whole time. He's answered all our questions promptly and he has been very helpful throughout the process, I would readily recommend to anyone conveyancing by Farley's Solicitors, it might be a tiny bit more expensive than some other places being advertised but there is the reassurance that the job will be done right and this was important to us.

Have use Tollers twice and on both occasions they have been very professional and friendly. Theodora and Nicola in particular, have both been fantastic!
