We used Bradley Bernett for our conveyancing. Bradley was efficient and we trusted him to get things done. He was consistently available to support us though what turned out to be a more complicated process than we thought. He always offered us a calm and reasoned view on matters. When a potential issue arose a few years later he introduced us to Adrian Boulter. Adrian gave us some good advice on the matter and even though it wasn't something we could pursue, it was helpful to talk through options with him and receive some expert advice.

We were somewhat let down by our original solicitors and contacted Nick Palmer who had previously carried out excellent work for us in the past. No sooner had I put the phone down to Nick, Luke Cain had rang me back. At 9pm that same evening I received the draft legal charged fully completed. Luke liaised with the conveyancing solicitor the next day and all documents were signed and ready within 48hrs of the call. We will in future use Luke with any property transactions we, or our family, carry out in future.
