I used their services for multiple tasks including property lease and property purchase. I found them always responsive and helpful in every step of process. Their sincere support ends up in completion of tasks in said time frame. I recommend them to anyone who needs help.

I arranged to speak to Andrew Campbell to discuss an on-going domestic issue linked to a property. Throughout the meeting Andrew was attentive, made sure he fully understood the situation, and my concerns, while providing a detailed breakdown of options available to me. At no time did I feel pushed into a course of action. Overall the service I recieved was excellent.

I was extremely happy with the service I had from bev she won my claim and made the process extremely easy . I would highly recommend

I have the highest opinion of Ian Cranefield as he was the only one of three solicitors that actually answer my question and did not tell me that I should have done something that could have put my home in a precarious position.

Steathers Solicitors stand out for their professionalism and vast experience. I've been extremely happy and felt always in safe hands, having appointed Streathers in both purchase and sale transactions. Lately it has enabled me to complete the sale of my flat fast as they so greatly responsive and proactive. Thank you in particular to Laura Owens for her incredible professionalism and support.

Roland Jones handled both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of a new one. I've worked with Roland before on a lease extension and he was a model of sensible, sane advice – here too. Despite several challenges (a disappearing buyer, a tight mortgage deadline …) he kept everything on the road and was a reassuring presence in a sometimes stressful process, as well as very responsive and easy to get hold of. If only all solicitors were like this – a real credit to the firm, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and BAMc.
