I used them for the purchase of a property. At the higher end of the pricing range, but the services were mid to lower end. They came across as very professional and dedicated when I first contacted them. Once I paid the deposit, they became very snappy and not very approachable. Luckily, there were no major issues with the property otherwise I would have been stuck. There were issues around rights of ways and some damage to the property that had not been picked up but the solicitors did not represent me to the standards I expected. I have not used them again since.
I used Streathers for our lease extension (Iris-Ann Stapleton) and have worked with her on other property matters. I highly recommend Streathers and Iris-Ann. Everything was handled so professionally and we worked very well together.

Dominic Coleman is a brilliant conveyancer. He managed with consummate skill and speed two informally linked transactions to ensure parallel completion in the face of an astonishing array of issues. He is not cheap, but if you want a perfect conveyancer, he is very much worth it.
Don't answer your phone calls, only reply to email when they like so it causes unnecessary delay on everything.

We received a brilliant service for a complicated house purchase. Rachel and Jo were excellent communicators and provided clear information.
Yasmeen Rajwani handled the purchase of my new home and she was great! She was incredibly efficient, always kept me in the loop on progress, answered all my calls and responded to my emails immediately. We completed very quickly as a result and it took a lot of stress away. I couldn't thank (or recommend) Yasmeen and her team at Streathers highly enough!
