We recently purchased a property from a bank following a repossession in Northallerton. The bank stipulated a tight deadline following our offer before which we were vulnerable to counter offers. Clark Willis and in particular their solicitor Faye Edemensen dealt with the conveyancing in the most efficient and professional manner. The service provided by Faye combined charm with attention to detail, realising the urgency of our position. I cannot praise her highly enough.

I’ve worked with Fiona over the last few years on several residential property purchases through my company, and she has always been excellent to deal with. She is professional, efficient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Communication is always clear and timely, and she makes what can be a stressful process much easier to manage. I would highly recommend Fiona to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor.

I arranged to speak to Andrew Campbell to discuss an on-going domestic issue linked to a property. Throughout the meeting Andrew was attentive, made sure he fully understood the situation, and my concerns, while providing a detailed breakdown of options available to me. At no time did I feel pushed into a course of action. Overall the service I recieved was excellent.

I can't recommend Claire at McGarry Solicitors highly enough. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Claire kept me fully informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Her attention to detail and proactive approach gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled properly. What really stood out was her calm, friendly manner and genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. If you're looking for a solicitor who is efficient, approachable, and truly cares about her clients, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claire and the team at McGarry Solicitors.
