I chose Switalskis on a recommendation from Barretts Homes. The promise was that the service would be fast. My experience was even better than I expected. Although a few delays popped up due to complications with my sale, the overall experience was still quite fast. My solicitor was Richard, the head of the new build department. Richard walked me through everything step by step and kept me well updated, both by email and phone calls. I've moved home a few times before and found the solicitors to be difficult to deal with - they just slowly get the job done. Switalski's felt different; they were fast, and they took the time to keep me updated and reassured, so they have my thanks! I should also add, that despite being faster, their price was significantly lower than the solicitors my estate agent tried to push me towards.
