Best Judicial review Solicitors in The Square Mile

“I instructed Fehmina Farani in 2017 for my application on the basis of Human Rights and 7 years of my child. My case was quite complicated. She made the application first and then she litigated in the court for me. Despite of completed she won my case in short period of time. I am now granted discretionary leave. she was always available but also she was there for reassurance. I have to consent that I was quite worried that’s why I was demanding too. But she was always polite and professional. She had worked really hard on my case and eventually she won my case through an appeal procedure. The best part of her practice is that she is professional, focused but simultaneously polite. Her team is extremely helpful. I never had any problem of availability. She is always available and if she can’t take calls her team is available.”

“Exceptional Service and Expertise I cannot recommend Mark Lilley-Tams highly enough. Originally from Albania, I am a British citizen who sought asylum as a Kosovan in 1999. When I first arrived in the UK with my two children, an interpreter advised me to claim as Kosovan, despite my strong case to apply as Albanian. In 2022, I decided to inform the Home Office about my true identity and clarify my circumstances. From the moment I reached out to OTB Legal, I was impressed by their supportive approach and professionalism in handling my case. Mark Lilley-Tams took the time to fully understand my situation and provided clear, detailed explanations every step of the way. He guided me through the process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Throughout our work together, Mark demonstrated remarkable knowledge and expertise. He was always responsive—even during his time off—ensuring I was kept up to date on every development. He handled all aspects of my case with meticulous care and attention to detail. His communication was always clear, concise, and reassuring. What truly set Mark apart was his dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for me. He went above and beyond, working tirelessly to resolve the challenges surrounding the details of my Naturalisation Certificate efficiently and effectively. Despite facing uncooperative responses from the Home Office, which caused delays, Mark showed an exceptional understanding of the legal complexities of my case. He suggested pursuing a Judicial Review, believing it was the best way to expedite the process. Mark also represented me in court alongside a top barrister from Garden Court Chambers, who specializes in asylum, nationality law, and human rights—another testament to the high level of expertise OTB Legal brings to the table. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, I successfully achieved a positive outcome in my Judicial Review and was even reimbursed for all my expenses. If you’re looking for a solicitor who combines professionalism, expertise, and a personal touch, look no further than Mark Lilley-Tams. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he has done, and I will undoubtedly turn to him again for any future legal needs. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking expert legal representation. His unwavering support and commitment to securing the best result have earned my deepest gratitude. Thank you, Mark Lilley-Tams and OTB Legal, for your outstanding service and support!”
