I'm a lawyer but not in immigration. That means I appreciate professionalism when I see it, and Frances provided a really professional service. I turned to her to help me and my fiancée with our visa application because I'm just not familiar with that area of law. Frances guided us with patience and demonstrated great knowledge and understanding. We experienced a novel hiccup in the journey that no-one could have predicted and Frances was competent and professional enough to tell us it was an issue she'd never seen before (a professional who is open enough to say "I don't know" on occasion indicates to me a professional intelligence and honesty as well as confidence). She helped us to respond to the issue with good instinct and we were successful.
