Qaisar stepped in in February, after my daughter had been out of school since September. From the outset, he was decisive, knowledgeable, and entirely focused on securing what my daughter was legally entitled to. Within few weeks, he successfully pushed the council to take action and my daughter was back in education. Following this, he and his team represented us at Tribunal, where we won the case against the council. The council was found to have acted unlawfully across all areas, and as a result, my daughter was finally granted a permanent placement that could — and did — meet her needs.
