Shared Ownership / leasehold comes with an extra layer of complexity but Sarah is well-versed in this and knows the process like the back of her hand. Everything was clearly explained where legal jargon would have got the better of me. Their fees are very reasonable and what I expected to pay for a shared ownership purchase.
