I got in contact with Belinda after my organisation had come to me with a settlement offer following a grievance I had raised about my managers conduct. I wasn’t sure if the offer was good or if it was even a suitable option. Belinda gave me peace of mind by laying out clearly what my options were, and further to that also unpacked my grievance and showed me that I had a larger claim than they had offered. Belinda then worked on my behalf to negotiate an offer double to what they had originally put forward. I can’t thank her enough.
