“This is this the third time i’ve used Poole/Alcock over the last 12 years and everytime the service just gets better, professional, technologically and listening to the client. This time i used the Chloe Heath’s team and all was amazing, particularly Maddy. I live in Australia so all my purchases are done via email and with time differences. Nothing was a problem and every directive was clear. What i liked the most was they never over promised on settlement date - even though I was pushing for a quicker settlement.
