“We had previous experience of using Forbes (in 2003) and were very happy then, and we were very happyagain with all that Hayley did for us on this occasion, too. Especially noteworthy was her retrieval of documants relating to the setiing up of the leasehold for the area on which our house was located: information we had not seen before, and historically iinofrmative since one of us has Clitheroe links since childhood.”

“I would like to thank the team for all their help supporting me through purchasing my apartment, and especially Chanelle who was so helpful, and went out of her way to help me with things I didn’t understand and talk me through what I needed to do , I can’t thank her enough, she was very professional but all so very understanding. ”

“We recently used their services to assist with the legalities of buying our first property and wanted to leave a review as I found their services to be great. The company was referred to initially by a friend, who was very happy with her experience and I definitely can agree. Our case was handled by Paul, who was amazing. As first time buyers who didn’t know much about what to expect, he was incredibly informative and supportive, making sure to look out for our best interests. He also came back on our queries promptly and when there was a period that he was on annual leave, made sure to brief team members on our case thoroughly for his absence. I don’t usually write reviews, but the experience that I had with them made me want to leave a note, so that if anyone’s on the fence about using them-they definitely should!”

“We've had the pleasure of having Fabienne Atkin represent us in both the purchase and the selling of our property in France. Costs were clearly stated upfront and we were informed in good time, when the account needed additional funds etc. She also provided us with expert guidance and probable outcomes to some challenges when faced, often going the extra mile to ensure things went smoothly (exceptional service and value). Questions/responses were timely and detailed. Thank you Fabienne for your amazing work! Would recommend without hesitation!”

“I arranged to speak to Andrew Campbell to discuss an on-going domestic issue linked to a property. Throughout the meeting Andrew was attentive, made sure he fully understood the situation, and my concerns, while providing a detailed breakdown of options available to me. At no time did I feel pushed into a course of action. Overall the service I recieved was excellent.”
