We recently used the team for both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new home, with Xhesika handling our sale, Nicola handling our purchase, and Jasmine assisting with completion and the final stages. I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Our sale was far from straightforward. However, Xhesika and Nicola were incredibly persistent and proactive in keeping things moving and doing everything they could to push the transaction towards exchange and completion. They consistently went above and beyond, chased matters when necessary, and never made us feel like we were just another case on a conveyancing pipeline. Communication was exceptional throughout. They were extremely responsive to emails, kept us informed at every stage and, importantly, explained things clearly whenever we weren't sure what was happening. Buying and selling a property can be incredibly stressful and confusing, but they made the legal side of the process feel understandable and manageable. Even when things became particularly frustrating, they remained professional, patient, kind and approachable. We always felt that they were genuinely invested in getting us to the finish line. Jasmine was also fantastic in dealing with completion day and the matters that followed, ensuring everything was dealt with efficiently and keeping us updated. I've used solicitors before, but I can honestly say that Xhesika and Nicola were outstanding and by far the best solicitors I've dealt with. They were actually recommended to us, and I'm so glad we took that recommendation. A huge thank you to Xhesika, Nicola, Jasmine and the wider team for all of your hard work, patience and dedication.
