Overall: fast, kind, highly professional and insightful In more detail: I phoned up about a very complicated matter with my fiance who had died intestate and had not been close with his family, who do not care for me. I spoke with a very nice lady first who took details (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name). I then spoke with a solicitor called Michael Horne. Michael was patient and careful, asking questions as needed. He gave me some very clear advice that really helped, and was very kind, too. I will absolutely be coming back.
