Joint Wills in England and Wales are a single document made by two people, typically a couple, that settles how their property will pass on death with the survivor usually bound by the agreement. A solicitor advises on whether this arrangement suits tax planning and family needs, drafts the joint document, clarifies survivorship and any survivorship provisions, arranges witnessing and storage, and helps with later changes or revocation if one party dies or the arrangement needs updating.

“Both Deborah Bannister and Joanna Folkes were extremely professional and helpful with my needs. Deborah is a force to be reckoned with. An amazing divorce solicitor. She got me through a very difficult and problematic time. Joanne dealt with my will. She was very informative and kept me informed every step of the way. I definitely recommend this local firm. ”
