Ian advised, helped and supported me through a 7 year legal battle that commenced in the Court of Protection, progressing to a High Court Claim and Mediation with a positive result. He kept me calm in difficult and depressing situations, with his expertise, knowledge and empathy. During this legal claim Probate and Administration of a will progressed with the assistance initially of Martin Cruddas, then Kerry Wiig (formerly of Richard Nelson LLP) then Scott Walker of Richard Nelson LLP who finalised administration.
