We recently brought a new house with Easthams Solicitors and they were excellent. Kim and Adele are very professional, efficient and attentive. They were always quick to answer queries and make sure we understand with every detail, timely sent all updates we needed. I highly recommend and using them again.

We recently purchased a house we were desperate to buy after falling in love with it immediately, and thankfully it went through without any issues, mainly thanks to Easthams. We were recommended them by our estate agent as wanted the best, due to competition for this house. We were welcomed and served by Kim and Adele, and we could not speak highly enough of them. They were both extremely efficient and professional, often chasing us when they were waiting on our documents, and we know they were also chasing the vendors’ solicitors.
