Still puzzled
Called to get an appointment. Was told an office manager would call back. Receptionist called back to say no appointments available for a month. I asked when next appointment would be to be told we don’t know. Asked to speak to someone who had access to the diary was told that an email would be sent to request someone call me back. Still waiting. Called Silvergate and got help on the phone and an appointment the day after. Shocking service from the South Shields branch.

Hello, I`m sorry you were disappointed with the enquiry about engaging our services. You requested a call back on Friday morning within 20 minutes of you making your initial call and I believe you were called back within 10 minutes. As you had been advised in that call that there wouldn`t be an appointment available for around a month, we perhaps incorrectly assumed the urgency had diminished somewhat since the first call. You would have received a call on Monday but we`re glad to see you were able to access the assistance you needed from another firm within a timescale you were happy with.
