Samantha Smith dealt with the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new property and we felt like we were in incredibly safe hands from beginning to end. Anything a chain could throw at Sam our chain did - the initial buyers pulling out late on in the process, a quick re-market and re-sale, Agents and Solicitors in the chain that were incredibly difficult to deal with (with queries still being raised at the eleventh hour).................................. From the initial acceptance of our offer in June 2025, we eventually moved in to our new property in March 2026 - with Sam helping keep us calm (and sane) to completion.
