He explains everything to the point and with smallest details, and make sure individual is fully aware of both positive and negative factors. I must recommend their services. His PA Sarah is also fantastic, and takes timely follow up as and when required. The lady on reception @Susan greets you with her sweet and cheerfull voice everytime. Overall 10 on 10 for them all.
