Dealing with a great, down to earth team !

From the initial enquiry through to completion the service has been second to none. It’s fair to say that whenever we’re faced with having to visit a Solicitors the reasons are usually fairly important and somewhat scary, which can bring a mixture of emotions. One thing that immediately stood out when visiting the branch was you’re dealing with very down to earth team, there’s a relaxed but professional atmosphere and people dressed very normal ( you get my drift) - Let’s say it helps and makes you feel at ease. I met with Amy, who was just brilliant, a proper conversation whilst maintaining utmost professionalism throughout, I came away feeling very heard, totally supported and reassured. The process remained efficient and fluid throughout, delivering the perfect outcome. You hear quite a lot in life, especially more than ever today - people saying ‘I’ll contact my Solicitor, you’ll be hearing from them’ but do they actually ever have one. It’s fair to say after this experience and the market leading service I’ve had, I can now say this and know exactly where to go. Great work and a huge thank you to all the team.

Providing a professional yet approachable service is extremely important to us, so it’s wonderful to know this came across during your experience. Thank you again for your trust in us and for such a fantastic review – it really is appreciated by the whole team.
