Very bad experience with this company, £1800 for 30 minutes of advice, charges were not made clear, so basically they charge £3600 per hour, EXTORTIONATE prices, definitely not recommend

Our experience with this solicitor was disappointing. We spent a big amount in fees, during which time only two letters were sent to the other party involved. Unfortunately, the matter did not progress or produce the results we had hoped for. We also received monthly invoices throughout the process and were charged for drafting responses to emails received from us. Based on our personal experience, we would carefully consider alternative options before choosing to use their services.

Regrettably, having been a client of George Green for over 35 years and having successfully completed around ten property sales with them previously, I will not be using them again. On this occasion, I felt I did not receive the level of support I needed when dealing with a buyer’s solicitor who adopted a dilatory approach, repeatedly introduced new requirements, and failed to commit to an exchange and completion date. This lack of proactive support meant the sale ultimately fell through..

I regret choosing George Green LLP to handle my case. Despite the positive reviews I read, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Communication has been a major issue, with Gabriela Goldberg, who was assigned to my case, failing to provide regular updates. I often had to chase her after being contacted by the seller, my sister, and my partner due to her lack of responsiveness. When I did manage to speak with her, I found her to be hostile and abrupt, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult process. I even had to escalate the matter to her manager, Emma, who acknowledged that my experience was subpar, which only added to my frustration when they dismissed my complaint. Despite choosing George Green LLP based on a friend's recommendation and the high price, the service has been severely lacking. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend George Green LLP based on my experience.

Had an absolutely Horrible experience. I paid for a consultation and genuinely wished I'd never stepped through the door. The solicitor was condescending. I genuinely felt attacked, even though I went there for help with a difficult situation. The assistant wasn't bad and showed politeness, but who she was shadowing made the entire meeting uncomfortable. I felt tired and hopeless when I left. It felt as though they were working for the other side, and clearly did not take my enquiry seriously at all. There was a lack of person-ability, compassion and inquiry into how they could help me. There was no determination to apply the law to benefit me - only to tick boxes and follow process, even though my situation is not a standard, stereotypical one. When visiting a solicitor, you need them to actually care about your case - or at the very least to go beyond the surface and probe into how your side can be fought. This firm is not the one to do this. Anything beyond the bare minimum seems like it is too much work.
