    Taking advice on a Settlement Agreement

    Emma provided an excellent service throughout the process. She was always very helpful in explaining the terms and conditions set out in the draft settlement agreement, ensuring I fully understood the implications of each clause and the potential consequences for me. She also provided clear, practical advice on amendments that could be proposed for my employer to consider, which gave me confidence that my interests were being represented effectively. Communication was outstanding. Emma responded to emails promptly and was always willing to arrange a telephone call when I needed to discuss matters in more detail. Her advice was clear, professional and reassuring throughout. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.       Our experience with this solicitor was disappointing. We spent a big amount in fees, during which time only two letters were sent to the other party involved. Unfortunately, the matter did not progress or produce the results we had hoped for. We also received monthly invoices throughout the process and were charged for drafting responses to emails received from us. Based on our personal experience, we would carefully consider alternative options before choosing to use their services.

      If you need a solicitor who charges exorbitant charges for an incompetent service then these are the people for you they will charge over £2400 for photocopying paperwork that they never check and when questioned about it threaten you with that you have committed a crime so thanks for your charges
