2 days running I've rang them about updating/ making a new will. 2 days running I've been promised a call back. 2 days running it's not happened. I'm not impressed

Following the initial interview important details were incorrect….eg. a deceased persons name !! Should have seen a red flag at this.

I've used George Green on two occasions now once to do power of attorney for my mom and the second to sell my mom's house as the power of attorney to pay for her care as she is now in a home with dementia I would highly recommend them as both Liz and Helen were both extremely professional and very helpful so I would definitely use them again

Matthew is an excellent listener and adviser. He interpreted correctly, exactly the complexity of my case / matrimonial dispute over pension sharing which in its own right can be tricky. He weighed up all the options for me to consider and advised me in my best interests. He has used transferable skills from his former commercial business career in retail. I likewise, worked as a Senior Merchandiser for Debenhams before becoming a Headteacher 3x and a Deputy Head 3x . I found Matthew to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable in Family Law, I have since progressed with my predicament resolving the pension share with a successful bid. Anyone who is faced with such a dilemma which can ruin you financially and potentially lose all your lifetime savings should contact Matthew for superb advice. Our experience with this solicitor was disappointing. We spent a big amount in fees, during which time only two letters were sent to the other party involved. Unfortunately, the matter did not progress or produce the results we had hoped for. We also received monthly invoices throughout the process and were charged for drafting responses to emails received from us. Based on our personal experience, we would carefully consider alternative options before choosing to use their services.

If you need a solicitor who charges exorbitant charges for an incompetent service then these are the people for you they will charge over £2400 for photocopying paperwork that they never check and when questioned about it threaten you with that you have committed a crime so thanks for your charges
