I just want to say a massive thank you to our solicitor Dr Nahal Allahhi for all her recent help when we purchased our property. She was a professional from beginning to end. She made the entire process so simple and easy to understand. If ever we had a question, she would always reply straight away and put our minds at rest. She was always available. Gardner Champion Solicitors acted on the sale of my property. Throughout the transaction there were delays outside of their control due to slow responses from the buyer's solicitor. Despite this, communication from Gardner Champion remained excellent throughout and I was regularly updated regarding progress. The conveyancing team were professional, approachable and always willing to answer questions. I particularly appreciated their persistence in chasing outstanding matters and helping keep the transaction moving. Overall a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend the firm.

I needed the services of a professional and proactive conveyancing law firm. Gardner Champion were highly recommended by a colleague who has used them on a regular basis. Their quote wasn’t the cheapest nor was it the most expensive (mid-range). However it soon became apparent that you get what you pay for. A personal and professional approach from the get go. They were in constant communication with me all the way through the process, advising me and keeping the legal process on track to ensure I hit my completion target date. The personal connection was highly unusual in my experience and they always went the extra mile to ensure I wasn’t left in mid air wondering what was going on. I can’t recommend them enough, great job from a great team.

If you value your time, money, energy, I strongly suggest you don’t select this firm! I’ve been awaiting months and months yet not received a single reply until I reported the solicitor. At one point I had to call in and ask if these solicitors were real and not bots as it seemed like none of them exist, during this time I had 4 solicitors! and not one done the job on time. Each time emails were sent, calls were made no response. I had no update about what was going on, false promises if and when I heard anything. Each and every solicitor I’ve had with this firm lack in common sense, communication, skills in general, no decency. I wish I had seen more reviews about this firm and I would definitely not hesitate to find someone else! Absolute waste of my time until this day still haven’t reached the final step. In particular the current solicitor who lacks in any basic skills it seems ‘Nahal Allahhi’ doesn’t know what’s going on, drags out the process longer then needed when the sellers side solicitors are absolutely fine and on track but she has delayed the process along with all the 3 solicitors beforehand and stuck in the same place.
