Will taken 5 years to process and still not sorted
My step dad died five years ago and his Will is still not sorted out. The amount of calls I have had to make to this firm is unbelievable. They promise to ring back but never do. My mum is 88 and in ill health and this matter needs resolving for her. Do not engage these solicitors at all, shocking customer service.
