    Thank you to Emily, Keeley and the rest of the Conveyancing team who completed our purchase of a property this week. After initially instructing Henry Hyams on a different property (which fell through due to circumstances outside of either party's control), they quickly set to work on the property we have since got keys for. Despite being in an onward chain, we have gone from start to finish in 3 months which is excellent considering there was a Christmas/NY period that is always slow in the middle of it. Considering some of the costs that other firms charge, and equally some that have tried to undercut with their own prices, we have learnt through this process that it is a cost worth bearing if the firm you are working with are approachable, proactive and speak sense when you deal with them, which Henry Hyams tick those boxes. Thanks again, would recommend if a friend/family member were on the move!
