    We used Thornton Jones for the conveyancing of our house sale (Alison Jewel and Rachele Marshall). We have previously used online solicitors and had two terrible experiences - never again! The whole process was absolutely spot on. Both Alison and Rachele were professional and did a great job. We were kept updated mostly via email and by the app so we knew at what stage the sale was at.       Making a Complex Process Feel Simple and Relaxed

      Lois was extremely professional whilst also bringing such a friendly and personal touch throughout the entire process. She supported me from start to finish during the purchase of our first property through a business, which at times felt very difficult and overwhelming. Understanding the documents and knowing exactly what needed to be done was not easy, but Lois went above and beyond to explain every stage clearly and thoroughly. At times, contacting a solicitor can feel quite overwhelming, but Lois never once made me feel intimidated or uncomfortable. She was always approachable, patient, and happy to help, which made a huge difference throughout. She made the whole process feel calm, relaxed, and far less stressful than it could have been. She was always very easy to contact, incredibly helpful, and no question ever felt too difficult or too small to ask.       I used Thornton Jones Solicitors in Wakefield to help put my Mum`s affairs in order, Sarah and her colleague called out to see my Mum personally on two occasions to make sure everything was explained clearly, they were very patient as Mum is hard of hearing, they talked her through the documents to make sure her wishes were met. Mum was very satisfied with the work that was carried out and how Sarah and her colleague took the time to call to her home giving her that personal service. The final documents were created then signed and delivered out swiftly. I would definitely recommend Thornton Jones for legal advice as they were recommended to me by a friend. Regards Mr Brown
