Having purchased our first home we cannot rate Maxine (and Denise) at Sampson Coward highly enough. We had lots of questions throughout process and they were always happy to take the time and explain everything. Further, our circumstances necessitated exchanging before a specific date, and Maxine pulled out all the stops to ensure that happened. If we ever need legal services again Sampson Coward will be our first choice. Highly recommended.

They were efficient and constantly in touch keeping us informed of progress at every step of an exceptionally long and stressful process! Poor company to deal with, sent out supposedly legal letter to an unconfirmed email address without due diligence. Letter was unsigned and had no contact name as to whom is dealing with the case. Had to spend a length of time to ascertain if the company was legitimate and if someone was using them as a proxy. Did not reply to communication to a certain these points and eventually sent a further letter, this time with a named secretary. Letter had multiple errors, including spelling. For a law firm, they are very unprofessional. Probably ok if you're the client, but would not recommend any dealings with this company
